Patience Essien
(Registrar, School of Eloquence). For almost a decade Patience Essien has been the prime force behind the day-to-day running of  the administrative operations of  the School  of Eloquence. Her work experience  spans banking and Non-Governmental sectors. Patience holds a Bsc in Economics Education and a Master’s in Education Administration both from University of Lagos. Patience is also Chief Executive of Can-Do Media., a 100% media production firm and the Head of Production and Circulation of  Achiever’s Journal. She is married with three children

FACULTY MEMBERS



OLUSOLA SOWEMIMO
is an alumna of the School of Eloquence (SOE) and graduate of the SOE Advanced Faculty Programme (AFP).  She is trained lawyer, experienced human resource personnel consultant, trainer, certified executive and etiquette coach. With a law career spanning over thirty four years, she has also worked in a few companies and gathered experiences in numerous capacities including UTC Nigeria Ltd, Olusola Sowemimo & Co., Nigeria LNG Limited and Seyi Sowemimo & Co. She holds a CIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK and she is also a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria and NITAD (Nigerian Institute of Training and Development).  She is a passionate organic farmer and founder of Ope Farms, a purely organic farm. Olusola Sowemimo also finds time to be a career and marriage counselor to many. She is happily married with children.
 TONY DANIYAN.  Tony is an alumnus of the School of Eloquence (SOE)
and graduate of the SOE Advanced Faculty Programme (AFP).  A sales leader and an entrepreneur, Tony Daniyan has over 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing, product distribution and brand activation. He has a flair for networking and impacting on people which reflected on the number of managers and leaders in the course of his career. He resigned from his FMCG job to follow his passion of human capacity and capability building working as a trainer, CV makeover consultant, brand activation specialist, speaker and entrepreneur and has worked severally with blue chip companies. He is on the board of some companies and an E-commerce /MLM expert. He holds post graduate diploma in marketing and B.Eng in mechanical Engineering. He is married with two daughters”
 TEM OKOLOCHA ALABI (Ph.D) is an alumna of School of Eloquence (SOE) and a graduate of the SOE Advanced faculty program (AFP). She holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science and Public Administration and a Master’s degree in International Relations. She currently heads the sales department of the Benin branch of John Holt Plc and teaches International Relations courses at Wellspring University on Part Time basis. A lover of academics and scholarly researches, Tem has presented papers in academic conferences in different parts of the world, Canada, New York, Paris, Sri Lanka and also has some publications to her credit. She is a member of the British International Studies Association, Center for Africa American research studies, Center for Human Capacity Development in Sub-Sahara, among others.  Tem is also a lover of the poor and heads the Society of St Vincent De Paul, (Catholic Church of Assumption Conference) an International and Catholic Lay Apostolate Charity group.  Her hobbies include public speaking, sewing and research.  She is married with two sons.

REX NTEKIM
is an alumnus of the School of Eloquence (SOE) and graduate of the SOE Advanced Faculty Programme (AFP).  He is a trainer and a motivational speaker. He is the CEO of Irresistible Communications, a human resource firm that helps individuals and organizations develop the internal desire to do what it takes to be successful. He holds a BSc in Biology and Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos. Rex is a member of Toastmasters International and the first in Nigeria to earn the competent communicators award. Rex has a unique vision of integrity, ethics and success in more than material terms

 ISIOMA NGOZI ONYECHIE
. Isioma is an alumna of School of Eloquence (SOE) and a graduate of the SOE Advanced faculty program (AFP). She has vast knowledge in banking and the oil and gas sectors where she started her career with Oceanic Bank Plc and Total Nigeria Plc. and then to becoming an entrepreneur. Isioma is the co-founder Bloffin International, co-founder Fleet Essentials Ltd and founder a Few Boss Ladies, a group passionate about changing lives which she helps coaches and mentor people. Her motivational speaking skills and life coaching experience will drive you to use your inner compass to create opportunities for yourself where others see nothing. She holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and is currently the deputy managing director of Bloffin International.
 
JOSHUA MOGBO.
Joshua Mogbo is an alumnus of the School of Eloquence (SOE) and graduate of the SOE Advanced Faculty Programme (AFP). A practicing safety engineer with several years of working experience spanning Nigeria and the United Kingdom, he has attended several professional courses in Nigeria, Kenya, France, United Kingdom and the United States. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineer (NSE) and registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Similarly, he is a member of a number of professional bodies including American Society of Safety Engineer (ASSE) and Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON). Joshua holds a NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety and has worked with Total Nigeria PLC. Joshua graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) with a B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Master’s (MSc.) degree in Safety Engineering and Risk Management from the prestigious University of Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom where he emerged with distinction and as one of the best graduating students of the 2007/2008 (MSc.) Safety Engineering and Risk Management class. Also, he is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is also a member of Toastmasters International. He loves to motivate and inspire people to excellence and is married to Julie, and the union is blessed with two lovely children.

CHRIS OHAGUIM
. Nwabunwanne Christopher Ohaguim is an alumnus of the School of Eloquence (SOE) and graduate of the SOE Advanced Faculty Programme (AFP). He has a strong banking background with a wide range of experience in the banking sector. He worked in Union Bank of Nigerian Plc at various levels; he was a Skill Development Officer in the Training and Manpower Development department of Union Bank, team member of the Union Bank of Nigeria (UBN) Learning Academy, and also worked in marketing and as business development manager for Union Bank in the South East of Nigeria. He holds BSc and MSc degrees in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State and Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State respectively. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from Times Journalism Institute Lagos. He is an associate member of various professional bodies as Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Nigerian Institute of Public relations (NIPR), Nigeria Institute of Training and development (NITD), Chartered Institute of Cost Managers of Nigeria (CMN) and an Associate, Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria. He is happily married with five children. He loves watching football and reading newspapers and magazines.
 ADEBAYO ADEDIRAN-AKINDURO. Adebayo is an alumnus of the School of Eloquence (SOE) and graduate of the SOE Advanced Faculty Programme (AFP).   He holds a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE).A husband, father of two blessed children, pastor and public speaker. Though trained as an ICT professional, he has been in the public speaking industry for almost ten years, helping hundreds of individuals get better as a result of this prized skill. His job is to help people make the required transformation from being an average everyday speaker into an effective and powerful one in any public speaking context they find themselves.
